About Us

A Collective of Former Langley Employees

We are a collective of former employees who were once part of Langley, a company we now feel compelled to speak openly about. The purpose of this website is to give a voice to those who experienced humiliation, injustice, and violations of laws and contracts while working at Langley.

We worked in an environment where our experiences were ignored, our rights were pushed aside, and we were denied the respect and fair treatment we deserved.

What We Stand For

  1. 1

    Our Shared Experience

We worked in different departments and at different Langley hotels. Some of us were managers, others were frontline staff, but our experiences were painfully similar.

What unites us is the feeling that we were used, devalued, and mistreated by both management and the owner. Even when we tried to pursue our cases further or begin legal processes, the company ignored us, mocked us, and refused to take us seriously.

  2. 2

    A Systemic Problem

It became clear that this culture of injustice was not just a series of isolated incidents. It was a structure embedded at every level of the company.

This did not affect only a few individuals. It is a systemic problem that has impacted many who worked at Langley. Our experiences are supported by both internal and external assessments, as well as conversations with other former employees. This is a culture created by management and the owner, and unfortunately, it affects everyone who works there.

Our Vision: Gathering Voices and Demanding Change

Through this website, we want to create a platform for everyone who has had a negative experience at Langley and give more people the opportunity to share their stories.

We believe that by bringing these stories together, we can shine a light on the problems that have existed, and continue to exist, within the company. We want this site to be a safe space where people can express their feelings and experiences, and see that they are not alone.

We are looking for more former employees who have gone through similar experiences and want to share their stories. The more voices we gather, the stronger our message becomes.

We want others to know that they are not alone, and that together we can build a movement for change.

    What We Stand For

We are a collective that believes in justice and respect for all employees.

We want employers to understand the importance of treating workers with dignity and integrity. We want to give a voice to those who were silenced, forgotten, or suppressed.

Through this website, we also want to show that there is another way, a way in which we can stand up for our rights and refuse to accept exploitation.

  5. 5

    We Demand Change and Justice

If you were also part of Langley and have an experience you want to share, or if you want to learn more about the stories collected here, you are always welcome to contact us.

    Together, we can create change.
